How do I place an order?

  • For an item to appear in the Shopping Cart, a size must be selected first before clicking the Add to Cart button.
  • When you are ready to check out, click the Shopping Cart or Checkout link location towards the top right side of the web site.
  • If you go to the Shopping Cart page and don't want to continue shopping, click the Checkout button located under the total amount on the right side.
  • From there you can continue as a Guest Customer or register for an account. The purpose of registering for an account is to have your contact information pre-populate in the checkout area. Also you will be able to receive news and updates about upcoming specials or new products.
  • Finally follow the instructions to enter your billing information. You will then be taken to the PayPal page where you can enter your debit or credit card information OR you can login to your PayPal account (if applicable) to complete the ordering process.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, your product may be returned after contacting R. D. Jones Company.  Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.  Customer has ten (10) days from arrival date to contact R. D. Jones Company.
